Thanks to everyone who dropped by our stand at this month's Natural History Museum lates. We were honoured to take part in the #NHMLates event. The questions and interest people had in the science superheroes in our games was truly inspiring. A massive thank you to all the staff and volunteers at the NHM that make evenings like this possible.
We had a blast and were impressed with the incredible #sciencesuperheroes that were created. Here are just a few:
If you haven’t been to one yet, you need to go: the last Friday of every month!
What a busy time it was for our superheroes down at Remarkablz HQ. For International Women’s day, we took part in two events and made 12 posters freely available on our website. If you haven’t had a chance to download them, don’t worry we will be keeping them up until July.
On the 7th of March, we joined forces with Imperial As One at Imperial Late Nights for an evening of discovery. On offer: the chance to meet scientists, entrepreneurs, concert pianists, poets, or join more hands-on workshops. …
On the 1st October 2018, Dr Faith Uwadae started a much-needed twitter campaign to promote diversity in STEM. Every day throughout Black History Month she highlighted a Scientist, Clinician or Inventor on her Twitter account. When I met Faith at a recent Imperial College event I asked her if I could illustrate this feed and was incredibly excited when she said yes.
So here we go, I’m off to turn even more amazing scientists, inventors and clinicians, into the superheroes that they are. Each Day I’ll attempt to illustrate more:
