There are two reasons that relationships are the glue that holds your business together.
When you first start to prospect or invite people to take a look at what you are doing in your business, the relationships that you have already established are going to be crucial. The relationships that you have spent years cultivating are going to be what creates customers and distributors for your team.
A lot of the successful people in this industry had so much achievement early on because they had deep, meaningful relationships prior to joining a Network Marketing company. Make sure you are connecting with people on a much deeper level than just something on the surface. The deeper your relationship is with them, the more likely it is that they are going to do business with you. As always, know them deep enough to be able to fill a need in their life with your opportunity.
Also, once people join you in business one of the main reasons that they continue building is because of the relationships that they develop with you and your entire team. You want to make sure that once they start their business they get deeply connected and involved with everyone. People have an innate desire to be a part of something bigger than themselves and this includes being on a direct sales team of people all working towards a common goal.
The deeper you can develop the relationships between you and other team members the more likely it will be that they stick around and continue to work to build their business and ultimately, yours.

They may forget about the financial freedom aspect of this industry, the residual income, or their why, but they will remember the relationships that they have developed with their team and the important role that the team plays in their lives. That will be one more big reason for them not to quit building their business. It is easy to justify quitting on yourself but it’s a lot harder to justify quitting on a team.
Always remember that this is a relationship first type of business, hence the term Network Marketing. On my team we like to call it a people helping people business. If you are not helping someone, then you are not going to be able to create any kind of growth. Make sure you are keeping the main thing, the main thing on a daily basis and never stray from that mindset.
