Wonderfully comprehensive, Jamie. I’ve always suspected email templates made emails big enough to be suspect, but I didn’t know emails could get clipped if they’re above a certain size. Great tip, too, re deleting bad email addresses pronto so you don’t use then again and raise red flags on spam filters. Also liked the 7 user actions that impact deliverability. Thank you!
