My first business trip

My dad let me come to one of his board meetings for a company called Jobber. Jobber is a cool company that offers scheduling software for service businesses. We flew from Vancouver to Edmonton. It is a one and a half hour flight. Our plane left at 7:05 am and arrived at 9:35 am. There is a one hour difference in time. The board meeting was four hours long. My dad asked me to write down some things that I learned at the meeting. First it takes a long time to make a good company. Second if you hire someone good you get a better company. Our plane back to Vancouver was supposed to leave at 4;15 pm and arrive at 4:45pm. But it got delayed 15 minutes so we left at 4:30 pm and arrived at 5:00. I hope this wasn’t my last business trip.
