Other challenges included balancing learning and working (38%), deciding which technologies to invest in (13%), and overcoming imposter syndrome (0%). I personally voted for — Balancing learning and working.
Staying Updated with New Tools
It can be tempting to focus on the most popular tools, but this can be a mistake. There are often niche tools on which we can keep track of, that can be more effective for specific tasks.
The best way to stay updated with new tools is to subscribe to industry publications and newsletters, follow relevant blogs and podcasts, and read books on emerging technology topics. You can also attend conferences and events to learn about new tools and technologies firsthand.
Balancing Learning and Working
It can be difficult to find the time to learn about new technologies when you’re already busy with work. One way to overcome this challenge is to set aside a specific time each day or week for learning. You can also take advantage of online courses and training programs that can be completed at your own pace.
