I am trying to move back to Seattle, my home, after a two year [dis]relocation, and believe me, it is not easy. I am trying to make gains in minimizing my negative impact on the world around me, and simultaneously heartening the community around me. It’s so hard when my heart hurts, but it’s the only way I can think of to make my local society a better place. In the long run, I’m hoping it will lift me up, too.
