I searched and searched for books that would help me through my recovery and kept coming up with books that hindered instead of helped me. Or they simply had no clue what sufferers are faced with.

After many dollars spent and countless hours reading I was able to find books that I could relate to, ones that empowered, pushed, educated, and inspired me.

Top 3 Books to Put on Your “Must Read, Got to Have” List!

1. “Unlimited Power” Tony Robbins

Why I fell in love with this book from chapter 1:

  • He emphasizes the fact that knowledge is not enough, we must take action
