…implicity. Just because something is familiar, doesn’t mean it’s simple. It’s the same with design. When good design feels simple and barely designed, it’s most probably been refined over the course of many years.
Product design is a little like that: asking a lot of questions, trying to get the bottom of people’s wants and needs, and giving them something that is both useful and delightful to them as a result.
