Bee Token KYC Process
To our beloved community, we received reports of some confusion during the KYC process. We have created a step-by-step guide as to how to complete your KYC if you have received a whitelist acceptance email from Team Bee Token (email@example.com). Not all whitelist acceptance emails have been sent. Acceptance emails will be sent out in batches, with another batch sent out at January 21st, 5:30PM PST.
Please note, during this process that (1) emails that we send may be stuck in your SPAM inbox (2) you should disable the autofill feature. (3) when you create passwords, you should try to use only letters and numbers and the following special characters: #$^+=!*()@%& (4) you should try clearing your cache and browsing history or switching to a different browser or Google Chrome’s incognito mode if you are having issues.
Open your email that you received from firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is the landing page for kyc-workflow.beetoken.com. Please click on “Sign up for an account here.”
Enter the Email you used for the whitelist and create a secure password and then click “Create Beenest Account.” These are the following special characters that you are allowed to use: #$^+=!*()@%&.
Click the blue link for “Verify Email” from email@example.com
You will be redirected to the following page.
Go back to kyc-workflow.beetoken.com and log in with your new Beenest account.
Fill out the ETH address, first name, last name, and Country of Residence and click the two check boxes and then click “Start Onfido KYC” button.
Fill out first page of Onfido form.
Fill out second page of Onfido form.
Press “Save and Continue.”
Upload a clear picture of your Passport and click “Save and Continue”
Click the checkbox and press “Confirm.”
You are done with KYC! If your KYC registration is approved, we will notify you by January 27th PST. This email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you get the following image, please check your inbox and spam for a Verification Email from email@example.com and press “Verify Email.” If this error persists, please wait 24 hours before trying again and clear cache and browsing history.
Errors with passwords.
If you have errors with your password, especially if you are trying to use special characters in your password like dash & period, please try to only use letters and numbers.
