Bee’s conference presence is about more than branded banners and swag handouts; conferences are a key component of our marketing and growth strategy. Last week, we sat down with our Head of Marketing, Raustin Memon, to learn more about conference strategy and get the scoop on some exciting upcoming events.

As Raustin explains, Bee Token’s conference strategy supports our growth in three key ways:

Conference networking facilitates key B2B partnerships

We’re especially interested in conference accommodation partnerships. These partnerships position Beenest as the official accommodation provider for a given event, encouraging conference attendees to book Beenest properties for the duration of the event and introducing new users to the platform. We are also targeting travel and real estate conferences, and hope to establish strategic partnerships in these markets.

Speaking opportunities establish the Bee Team as thought leaders

Speaking appearances are great opportunities to share our vision and brand with large groups of people.

And most importantly, crypto conferences give us access to our target demographic

Crypto and blockchain evangelists are Beenest’s core user base and conferences allow us to connect with hundreds of prospective users in just a matter of hours.

At crypto conferences our team can:

• Educate and sign up new hosts and guests IRL at our booth
• Do user research by asking questions, having conversations and increasing our understanding of our users’ experience
• Assess new markets worldwide and prime them for possible expansion
• Continue to strengthen our team. We’ve gotten several great hiring leads from crypto conferences.
