Ingredients for Keto Bread:
90 grams chopped almonds
4 eggs
4 tablespoons butter
30 g Baking Powder
Process for making keto bread
1. Grind the almonds in a blender until they become a fine powder.
2. Separate the egg white and the yellow part.
3. Melt the butter in the microwave.
4. Begin whisking the egg whites in the blender.
5. When they are cooked, add an egg yolk to them.
6. Beat for some more time and add ground almonds and baking powder.
7. Keep whisking it and add butter.
8. Keep whisking or stirring it well for the next ten minutes till it becomes nice and soft.
9. Pour this batter into the tin by spreading it on all sides in a baking tin with melted butter.
Bake it at 200 °C for 10.30 minutes. Check if it is ready. I baked it at 180 degrees for another 10 minutes to give it a nice golden color.
The bread looks just like your normal bread. Toast it and add your favorite toppings. I am going to apply my favorite cheese spread on it and remember it with gusto. Just four ingredients and you’ll be able to make bread toast dreams come true for breakfast.
