Do you have the Happiness Syndrome?

See today is Robin Williams’ birthday and if you remember back in August 2014, he hung himself due to what most people thought at the time was depression before it turned out to be a form of dementia that is called diffuse Lewy body dementia.

Williams was known to make hundreds of millions of people around the world happier every day.

People used his vessel as a way to get over their own unhappiness, but he still struggled with his.

Williams was known to have battled against his depression for over 25 years.

During his life, he had what some would call the happiness syndrome.

That is where you are more focused on making other people happier that you neglect your own happiness.

And he did a hell of a job at it.

But sadly, the depression ultimately won.

Depression is a bitch and it is something that I have faced and will continue to face until I get past this pain, but just like anything else in life, it takes time and practice to overcome it.

You can’t give up. You have to fight every single damn day to win.

But you can win!

You have to put yourself first and not worry about others happiness until you can be happy with yourself.

Focus on you and your health. You have so much to give this world that has yet to be seen.

This goes for every aspect of your life…. whether it is in your business, your health or relationships.

So ask yourself, right now in this moment in time…. Are YOU happy?

Are you truly happy with where your life is?

If not, how are you going to change it?

How are you going to win this battle and show the world what you are made of?

Cause the world needs to see it…So show them.
