What are some tactical next steps you would suggest for Dropbox ?

One of the first things I would do is actual examine their talent acquisition strategy. For instance, they already have Code2040 to help minorities connect with internships. That’s great but what do you do for mid-level to senior minorities? How are you making yourself an employer of choice. How many Hispanic and Black people apply to the positions? What positions are they? As a large sized company, they are already doing applicant tracking so the data is there. Once minorities get in the door, how are you keeping them? I see BlackBox, LatinaX etc. What is Dropbox doing to measure the success of these initiatives? The list really goes on
