Spicy Pulled Pork

As you may have already been able to tell from the content of my site — I love meat. All kinds of meat. There are very few times in my life that I’ve tried meat and disliked it.

One kind that never ceases to please is pork. I mean without pork we wouldn’t have bacon. That’s all that needs to be said.

One of my favourite ways of cooking (and then eating) pork is to shred the hell out of it after slow roasting it, then slathering it in sauce, and eating it on a bun. If your mouth isn’t watering yet, see a doctor.

I take ZERO credit for this recipe, by the way. It’s a Tyler Florence recipe with just a few adjustments and minor changes based on my preference and experience making it.

And finally, I cook mine on a rotisserie because, well, I have one. If you don’t have one, I’ll also describe how to cook it in the oven. Enjoy!
