Google has recently began testing a new feature, that is now a part of the world’s top social networks, like Facebook and Twitter, that is, “Automatically Played Videos”, or just Auto-Play, and this feature is planned to be implemented directly into the search results of the website.

A Spoke-Person from Google said:

We are constantly experimenting with ways to improve the search experience for our users, but have no plans to announce at this time.

The videos are going to be played automatically played for desktop users, while for tablet and phone users, it would only require a press for it to play.

This feature is mainly implemented for searches about movies or TV shows, where the video would pop-up on the right hand side with the rest of the search results.

Something like this would look really revoulotionary, but many users given their opinions on that feature, especially for Facebook users, who have said they feel “Really Annoyed” with the newly implemented feature, but Facebook has completely ignored what the users said, and they added the same feature, but now with “Sound” played along with them.

But there is also a big difference between Facebook and Google, where Facebook users are always looking for entertainment, Google users are mainly searching for information and data, rather than entertainment.

Another problem that could get in the way of adding that feature, are video ads, that would play along with the videos that are on the site, or even alone.

But, Google have also managed to fix that, as they have announced an adblocker, that will be built into their browser “Chrome”, like many other modern browsers have done, like “Opera”.
