ZetaChain ($ZETA) Airdrop Step-by-Step Guide

What is ZetaChain?
ZetaChain is the world’s first and only decentralized L1 blockchain with built-in cross-chain interoperability, connecting all blockchains, even non-smart contract chains like Bitcoin and Dogecoin.
How to Receive Potential $ZETA Airdrop?
ZetaChains offers an Incentivized Testnet for the participants who want to try their platform. Because its testnet is incentivized, it generally indicates an airdrop for its users.
Here is a step-by-step guide
The ZetaLabs allows you to earn ZETA points to track your progress as a tester.
You can earn ZETA Points by performing transactions and inviting others to ZetaLabs. Points are linked to an address and Twitter account.
What you have to do:
- Click on my invite link to sign up with to ZetaLabs testnet (we each get 5,000 ZETA Points!).
- Sign in to ZetaChain Testnet with your Twitter account.
- Connect your MetaMask wallet.
- Click on the Get ZETA tab and request some ZETA (it doesn’t work always, so be patient).
If you do not get Zeta tokens, you can also request from ZetaChain’s faucet on their Discord. Look at the channel called “zeta-faucet” and write:
zeta faucet drip “your address here”
5. Go to Details section and click on View all network and token details.
6. Add the available testnets on your wallet (currently available Goerli, BSC Testnet, Polygon Mumbai, Klaytn Baobab).
7. Click on the faucet links to request test tokens so you can perform swaps.
Note: You can only request once a day, and it’s recommended doing this every day.
8. Go to Swap tab and swap assets from one testnet chain to another. This is how you test the cross-chain interoperability.
Note: you can do one transaction per week to earn 7000 ZETA points, so do a swap every week.
How to increase your chance of getting additional airdrop rewards
You can perform the following:
- Refer to Friends with Invite Link
- Go to ZetaLabs webpage. Click on the Earn ZETA Points to access your referral link, which you can automatically share on Twitter or copy manually.
Note: For each person you invite, you’ll earn 5,000 ZETA Points, and for each weekly transaction they do, you’ll get 1,750 additional points.
2. Complete Guild Tasks
- Go to ZetaChain Guild page. Join their Guild and complete all tasks to get a ZetaChain role on their Discord.
3. Get NFTs on Galxe Campaign
- If you have obtained your Discord roles in the ZetaChain Guild, you can mint NFTs on their Galxe platform.
4. Complete Crew3 Tasks
- Get rewards by completing quests.
5. Swap using the Bitcoin Testnet
- Download and Install XDEFI Wallet from the Google Chrome Store.
- Restore or create a new wallet from the Onboarding Process webpage. (Don’t forget to save your seed phrase)
- Go to XDEFI Wallet Menu and Enable Testnet
- Copy your Testnet Bitcoin Address
- Go to Bitcoin faucet to request testnet tokens, paste it and receive BTCt
- Wait for +3 confirmations on the blockchain to spend (Swap) your BTCt
- Go to ZetaChain testnet
- Click on the ‘Start swapping Bitcoin, built with Omnichain Smart Contracts! Learn more here.’
- Select Network (Bitcoin Testnet)
- Click on ‘Install XDEFI Wallet to Swap Bitcoin’ or “Install XDEFI Wallet”
- Select an account and establish the connection from the XDEFI Wallet pop-up
- Enter the amount you need to swap
- Select a network and an asset in the “Receive” section
- Provide destination address
- Review Order and click Swap
- Confirm the transaction from the XDEFI Wallet pop-up
- Wait for the completion of the process
Airdrop Difficulty: Overall, this airdrop is very simple. All you have to do is make swaps on the ZetaLabs testnet, share your referral link, and complete Guild tasks for a Discord role.
