Very good advice. Especially in time when making a product from a service is getting more popular. Very important is to remember that with more topical product the situation often is very similar. For example i I’m producing and selling software I also need to talk with a language of benefits and outcomes. Nobody cares is my product is a psa platform based ON AI with triple layered neural network but when I say that the ROI in the first year is 20% then their understand. We often get hyped with our knowledge, skills and products but the client in most cases doesn’t care about that. He cares about the things he’ll get for the money that we will pay us.
