A Good Pun is it’s own Reword (Thank You)

The title of this piece has nothing to do with the primary image and the primary image has nothing to do with what I want to say but I enjoy both regardless. A little randomness is good for the soul.

It’s been 4 months since I posted anything. I can only make excuses. Final year exam revision, the faff of graduation, and a lot of travelling was definitely partly responsible for my absentia. But in truth, so was sheer laziness, incredible procrastination tendencies and most notably — crippling self-doubt.

It seems ridiculous, but I got it into my head that after the modest success of my last article, nothing I wrote afterward would ever measure up. Which is ridiculous because it should have inspired me to continue rather than demotivate me, but it’s funny how the brain works. But one thing I realise now is that fear is good — the more scared we are of something, the more obvious it becomes how important it is.

This piece exists now because I want to express a heartfelt thank you to anyone and everyone who has browsed through my work, recommended my stories, given me feedback, and especially those who followed me — despite my embarrassingly-long 4 month absence. Your faith and interest in my creations inspire me. Wow that sounds so lame. But you get the drift. I’m going to start writing regularly again. I have many things I want to talk about.
