long time reader, first time responder. great article, truly enjoyed it and it pulled me in to think more about this. i think we can all agree, in our guts, this is a “bad” thing. but what are the objective measures this is a bad thing? what are the impacts of feature factories to the customer? to the company? how does it impact the top line and the bottom line? can you provide some elaboration on how you can tell this is indeed hurting your team, product line or company’s strategic business outcomes. thank you
