Awesome post. I’m working a lot on mobile and going to where young people’s attention currently lies.
I’d be interested to know whether anyone thinks enrolment /engagement changes when the call to action is no longer in an email opened on desktop but as a notification on mobile.
Teenagers rarely volunteer. There are many things I put my hand up for now that I would not have come close to considering in the past. I guess that’s just teenagers for you, irrationality is never too far away.
When it comes to young people and enrollment it might not be about waiting for volunteers. Instead it might be more about method of delivery.
