Lawson, if God has given us free will, that means we make the decisions. If we, and only we make the decisions, then God cannot know what we are going to decide. Therefore, God is not all-knowing.

God is all-powerful, but that doesn’t mean He uses His power at all times. Not that you said that. However, God could be letting the world alone to do its own thing and learn the lessons of exercising its own free will to make decisions not in correspondence with God’s ways.

Since you quoted the Bible, wouldn’t you think it viable to cite passages that mention evil and the Serpent? He is arch-evil, as you know. One question is if God is all-powerful, how come there’s a Devil?
