Well, if you’re not women bashing, Rita, and I believe you mean that sincerely, you might consider not referring to them as “girls.” I see no point at which you call the men “boys” but the women don’t get that same respect from you. Words do matter. You may want to consider reviewing the way you use them when you make generalizations. You could have written a similar review of speakers who take the podium unprepared but your whole premise was male vs. female. Think before you hit the keys, sweetie. See how condescending that sounds? You did much the same in your post. Look at it again and I think you’ll see what I’m talking about.
