They set it up, which makes it by definition NOT improbable.

I think the Box story is good storytelling by itself but doesn’t gel well enough for me in the whole show, same with other pieces. As I said, it wasn’t focused enough.

As for Chandra, I forgave the kiss at least but her buying and smuggling drugs seemed a bit much for even an inexperienced attorney. Plus it was on top of her dumb enough idea to put him on the stand.

The hung jury wasn’t unsatisfying for me narratively, just seemed like a cop out so they didn’t have to choose one or the other and it frustrated me just because it’s not common enough for it not to be a plot convenience.
