How a 22 years old created Lyrical Lemonade, the biggest RAP video production company

Lyrical Lemonade began in Bennet’s hometown of Plano, Illinois close to Chicago.

He and his friends would drive an hour to Chicago to watch the emergence of the Chicago rap scene lead by Chance the Rapper and Cheif Keef. Bennett found his love by videoing live shows.

Bennett started up his YouTube Channel, Lyrical Lemonade, and shot for local, more underground artists.

In five years Lyrical Lemonade has expanded from Chicago to the entire world. Bennett gives thanks primarily to his mom and his city.

He said watching his mother working so hard to support him and his siblings really motivated him and gave him the work ethic. He also said that being in the middle of nowhere forced him to be creative and innovative.

After kickstarting careers of rappers like Lil Xan, Lil Skies, Lil Pump, Bennet’s life changed dramatically. He began getting tuns of video offers from stars and a lot of partnership offers.

He even became a celebrity figure, accumulating over 1.9 million IG followers.

His Youtube channel, Lyrical Lemonade now has reached 10 million followers.

So what exactly is Lyrical Lemonade? Bennett himself couldn’t put a single definition of it. Lyrical Lemonade is a video production company, a clothing brand, a festival, and an artist management firm. He stressed the fact he didn’t want Lyrical Lemonade to be one thing because he didn’t want to limit consumers. If they didn’t like his music videos, they could still enjoy his music festivals or merchandise, and vice versa.
