Ha, this was a task I was set in supervision (I’m training to be a dance movement psychotherapist) and it was quite difficult, so I ended up falling asleep. I also then realised that I can be still at times outside my front door but I judge my thoughts, I can’t let it be. But it’s an interesting and good task that is.
