♠ Rangers Protocol AMA Transcript ♠
♠ Segment 1 — Introduction Segment ♠
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Q1. Could you please Introduce yourself to the community?
Nicolas Zhu:
Hi guys, this is Nicolas, BD head from Rangers Protocol. I have been in the blockchain field for 3 years, and have served Rangers Protocol's incubator, MixMarvel, as their Global Marketing head for more than 2 years. I have also witnessed the birth of Ranegrs Protocol and its multiple upgrades.
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Looks like we can extract all the information about Rangers Protocol from you 😁
Nicolas Zhu:
Sure
That’s what we called AMA
Mr. Grey | The Grey CryptoHub:
Hahha... exactly
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Time to explore more about Rangers protocol!!!!!
Nicolas Zhu:
Let’s go
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Q2. We are so curious about Rangers Protocol! Please tell us about Rangers Protocol in detail.
Nicolas Zhu:
Rangers Protocol is a future virtual world's blockchain infrastructure. It currently includes a Rangers Engine that supports NFT and complex application development and a Rangers Connector that supports asset cross-chain.
Rangers Engine is the core part of Rangers Protocol. It is a high-performance chain that
supports complex applications and is highly scalable. It includes:
• the RPOS-based VRF+BLS consensus mechanism;
• the EVM-compatible virtual machine REVM;
• the NFT protocol that can contain historical data of the entire NFT life cycle;
• the storage module responsible for asset and data storage;
• the node module responsible for block generation.
Rangers Connector is responsible for completing the interconnection with various public
chains, and its primary function is to provide cross-chain services for developers and users.
It includes:
• a consensus mechanism based on VRF+TSS;
• full nodes of the origin chain and target chain responsible for providing trusted data
services;
• modules responsible for cross-chain transactions.
In the future, Rangers Protocol will add new toolsets and IDEs functions to ease the development.
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Thankyou for the detailed one!!
Looking forward to it
Stay tuned Grey Community!!!
Nicolas Zhu:
Yes, everybody does.
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Alright Let's see what strategies you have in stock for marketing!!
Q3. What are the long term marketing plans of Rangers Protocol?
Nicolas Zhu:
We will look for more high-quality partners in Q3 and Q4 for middleware or application-level development.
In terms of middleware, the partners that have reached cooperation include Parsiq; the partners in the negotiation include the Graph and Chainlink.
In terms of the application layer, we have already cooperated with BlueStone; DeHero and LeCube have confirmed the collaboration, and other Game applications are still under negotiation.
In terms of market promotion, the Rangers Protocol team will cooperate with more KOLs and media partners to create a more open ecosystem.
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
That's dynamic
🔥
I can see some good names above
Nicolas Zhu:
Sure
♠ Segment 2 — Twitter segment ♠
Mr. Grey | The Grey CryptoHub:
First question from twitter
what makes your feel confident about the survival of your Rangers Protocol in the near future? do you take into account community feedback and demands while developing features of your project?
From @CagatayAltin
Nicolas Zhu:
Rangers Protocol is a complete and comprehensive underlying infrastructure that supports not only NFT and complex application development but also asset cross-chain.
Most of the existing solutions, on the contrary, only solve part of the problems and do not have completeness.
In the cross-chain part, Rangers Protocol adopts the consensus of VRF+TSS to ensure the security of assets across chains. During the cross-chain process, NFT data and assets can also be retained entirely. This solution is currently the most advanced among all implemented. Therefore, we are confident that we can still have strong competitiveness in the future market.
Whether it is MixMarvel or Rangers Protocol, it attaches great importance to the real needs of users. Rangers Protocol itself is designed and developed based on the needs of real users.
We constantly receive feedback and suggestions from the community and social media and, after evaluation, report to the development team for demand processing.
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Fantastic
🥂
Next one coming up on your screen....
Second question from twitter
Rangers Protocol supports barrier-free access and free exchange of Ethereum dapps. But, in the future, will you support other blockchains compatible with Rangers Protocol tools? How do they maximize developer efficiency in complex applications?
From @Nguyenhuybach12
Nicolas Zhu:
It will definitely be compatible.
Rangers Protocol is developing a complete set of application tools, including identity, equity, data services, key management, asset management, transactions, shops, leases, auctions, tasks, achievements, guilds, and IDEs that will be launched next year.
Developers interested in NFT applications and blockchain games can learn blockchain much and maximize developer efficiency.
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Sounds great
I'd say Rangers are always dynamic
Can we have the next one Mr Grey!?
Mr. Grey | The Grey CryptoHub:
Sure dear
Nicolas Zhu:
Gogogo
Mr. Grey | The Grey CryptoHub:
Here comes the next one!
Third question from twitter
In the crypto space we are only familiar with PoS (Proof of Stake), PoW (Proof of Work) but #Rangers Protocol integrates an efficient VRF+BLS consensus mechanism to solve the problem of high-frequency trading. Can you elaborate more on this mechanism and how does it work?
From @Mandolla5
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Interesting🤔
Nicolas Zhu:
VRF consensus algorithms such as Algorand usually select multiple verification nodes to vote for the candidate blocks in each consensus round. The verification group signature mechanism mainly uses the BLS algorithm.
The VRF algorithm guarantees that the proposal nodes and verification groups are random, unpredictable, unselectable, and unconcealable. From the perspective of communication complexity, signature length, and performance, we believe that the BLS threshold signature algorithm is more suitable for the verification groups rather than the Byzantine fault-tolerant algorithm.
We have published an article that explicitly describes the block generation process under the VRF+BLS consensus mechanism. It will let you understand what role VRF+BLS plays in Rangers Protocol. You can read it here https://medium.com/rangersprotocol/how-does-rangers-protocols-rpg-come-into-being-7d5075e982aa
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:

Let's head to the next one!!
Fourth question from twitter
How do $RPG customize to Solves the NFT Permanence Problem and Hosts Metadata and Image/Video Files Through a Decentralized and Resilient File Hosting Protocol?
From @drstrange202
Nicolas Zhu:
Rangers Protocol is currently developing as expected. Technically, we are preparing to upgrade the testnet and prepare tools such as block explorers and NFT demos.
In terms of business cooperation, we will look for more high-quality partners in Q3 and Q4 for middleware or application-level development.
Next, please look forward to the mainnet launch of Rangers Protocol. The Rangers Protocol team will cooperate with more KOLs and media partners to create a more open ecosystem.
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Tremendous
🔥
It's going all so smooth we reached the last question of the Twitter segment already!!
Fifth question from Twitter
I read about the Co-founder (Jade) of Rangers Protocol who is a seasoned senior gamer who founded MixMarvel when he entered the blockchain gaming field in 2017. Is Rangers Protocol a continuation or offshoot of MixMarvel? Does the MixMarvel team run the Rangers Protocol too?
From @ArumiChannn
Nicolas Zhu:
Rangers Protocol is a different project from MixMarvel.
Rangers Protocol's former version, Rocket Protocol, was a layer-2 solution that supported the applications of the MixMarvel ecosystem apps. After years of development and upgrade, Rocket Protocol became Rangers Protocol, an independent blockchain infrastructure.
MixMarvel as a blockchain game publishing platform is more on the application later. On the other had, Rangers Protocol is an infrastructure that provides technical upport.
So they are ecosystems on two different dimensions.
However, Rangers Protocol and MixMarvel will be able to help complete the missing parts of eachother.
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Five stars to the dedication
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
One more cuz I'm loving the session
⭐
Nicolas Zhu:
haha! I am lovig the AMA with you guys as well
♠ Segment 3 — Live segment ♠
1)Can you explain to us about how the #RANGERSPROTOCOL project Tokenomics is distributed? and can you tell us How many tokens the #RANGERSPROTOCOL project will mint? And How many tokens will #RANGERSPROTOCOL team lock?
Nicolas Zhu:
Let me get into this question that i am sure will solve the question of many.
Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Of course
Nicolas Zhu:
This is the token allocation of the token, and the total supply is at 21,000,000

Mrs.Grey | The Grey Crypto Hub:
Check it out Grey Community!!!
2)With so many Protocols you’ve created, does Rangers have a Protocol to extend its features, including lifecycle management, new data structures that support data reuse, and data rights management?
#Greyteam
Nicolas Zhu:
This is a wonderful question
To answer this question, we have to mention one of the biggest differences of Rangers Protocol compared with other projects.
Which is that, Rangers Protocol actually has already been under development and upgrade for three years.
Rangers Protocol's former version, Rocket Protocol, was a layer-2 solution that supported MixMarvel ecosystem applications.
In that period, Rangers Protocol continuously faced problems from a lot of developers and continued its upgrade.
All these NFT protocols are not only to make it easier for developers to do coding, but also contains a lot of MixMarvel's understanding in NFT publishment.
3)Where can I buy your tokens now,, what are your current contracts and how can I buy them and what are the benefits??
Nicolas Zhu:
Currently our token is not yet released. Please be ware of Scammers!!!!
We will be launching IDO on Polkastarter on October 5th.
We have a lot planned ahead so stay tuned to all our socials. I am sure that we will surprise you.
4) What is your top priorities in 2021? Could you share some plans for the upcoming year? Which part of the project are you most focused on right now?
Nicolas Zhu:
As previously mentioned, we will be launching our IDO soon. After that we will publish our mainnet by the end of the year.
By then, developers will be able to migrate or develop applications on Rangers Protocol 🎊
5)What are your security measures adopted from hacking and bugs in smart contract ? Have you conducted any audit to make your smart contract safe?
Nicolas Zhu:
Our project tokens and technology are both being audited and will pass audits before any release.
