Bartender’s need software too. Software is applicable to a wide range of domains. There are particular domains like banking and healthcare that special attention should be paid to be brought forward to catch up with everyone else.
It even applies to the Restaurant domain specifically the Bar & Drink subdomain. For instance you can easily create an application that has a client facing UI with a backend accessing data from a database of drinks. The client facing UI can be styled into a flashcard. Just like that a new bartender can use this tool to memorize lots of drinks quickly.
The web app I made to study drinks for a part time bartending gig @ Dave & Busters is just that. You can search the current library of drinks that is hosted in Sanity.io a headless CMS.
(Yes you can get the Strawberry Watermelon Margarita you see above there…yes it is tasty…yes I will make you one…now focus…)

I’ve purchased an api key but haven’t been able to get it to work, but the free version works well for this demo. I search their database for each word the user enters and return those results at the bottom. Clicking on the drink titled result chips opens a modal showing how to make that drink.
The app is currently hosted on GCP(Firebase). Since the database does cost a bit I may have to put this behind a paywall eventually.
