How to play:
Post a jot once a day, for 30 days straight. That’s it!
You’ll know you’ve completed the challenge when you unlock the “Always Moving” achievement.
See FAQ below for details on how to find this achievement.
How to win:
Unlock the “Always Moving” achievement before August 5th at 11:59 PM PST and you’ll receive 5,000 hello coins!
Grand prizes:
Not only will you receive 5,000 hello coins if you complete the 30 Day hello Challenge, the top 3 most hearted jots posted between July 1st, 2017 and August 5th, 2017 will win an Amazon gift card!
- 1st place: $100 (USD)
- 2nd place: $75 (USD)
- 3rd place: $50 (USD)
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified by August 10th, 2017 via email. Grand prize winners will be notified by August 15th, 2017 via email.

Do you have tips to help me remember to post daily?
We recommend joining our WhatsApp group here — daily reminders will be posted to the group.
Each day a jot will be posted to your hello feed at 8:30 AM (8 PM PST). The daily inspiration (from the calendar above) will be shared to help you come up with ideas of what to jot.
If all else fails — we suggest setting an alarm daily on your phone to help remind you.
Where can I find the ‘Always Moving’ Achievement or know I have won?
You can find all of your achievements by going to your profile and tapping ‘achievements.’
When on the achievements page, tap ‘base’ and scroll down to the 3rd row.
To get the ‘Always Moving’ achievement, you must first unlock the previous achievement; which is rewarded for posting 7 days in a row (it should show ‘% complete’ or a volcano). If you don’t have this achievement yet, don’t worry! You can unlock this achievement while earning the ‘Always Moving’ achievement.
Do I need to post jots that relate to the 30 Day hello Inspiration Calendar?
No. You can post whatever jots you may like.
Why did you make the 30 Days of hello Inspiration Calendar?
To help you come up with daily ideas of what to jot on hello and to help new members see what types of things our community is sharing with each other. You never know what you might have in common!
What happens if I miss a day?
We are adding 5 extra days to the challenge just in case you start late. Last day to start will be July 6th, 2017. If you miss a day after July 6th, you will not be able to unlock the “Always Moving” achievement and are thus not eligible to win.
Are there restrictions against what I can post?
There are no restrictions on what you can post; however, we highly recommend jotting your own creations, ideas, or experiences. Spamming or inappropriate content can disqualify you from the contest.
What if I am experiencing issues with hello?
If you are experiencing issues with hello, please email us immediately at support@hello.com or shake your app to let us know. If we experience any outages, we will excuse the missed day in our error.
