Summer Style — Loafers with tight or loosed pants?

It’s summertime ladies and it’s time to show off your figure! The holy rule of dressing style is — tight clothes show off your body figure, loose bring you comfort.

But, probably everyone’s favorite thing about summer is that you get to wear loafers. They are comfortable, easy to slip on or off, comfortable, but they can also demonstrate style. They are everyone’s favorite summer gear for sure, but do loafers still carry a certain level of demanding something from your other clothes or can they really go together with anything and everything?

With loafers there is the tendency to maximize comfort. They are there to let you walk as much as you can, leaving your feet free to enjoy the air, and they really give you a sense of freedom. But, how do they go along with other clothes?

There is an ancient rule that says you cannot pair thin and light shoes with loose and bulky pants… Okay, I made that up now, but still… Just think about it. If you are not in Persia 2.000 years ago, this combination can look a bit too relaxed. Not to mention the fact that it will completely mess up your figure, leaving you look like you are a high school chunky kid and that your parents choose all the clothes for you.

The other question that keeps popping up is should you show off your leg figure if you didn’t pay much heed to your diet during the winter and now you are a bit chunky?

Well, that depends on the level of your royal chunkiness, naturally. If you are beyond saving, well you can’t really do nothing constructive with your body figure and we advise you to first do all you can to save yourself. Go on a diet, work out, jog… Change your life style before you start thinking about your dress style.

But, if your figure is top notch, it’s time to show off! It’s why the Gods invented summer in the first place, am I right?

So, loafers can work great with some slightly loose jeans for instance, if you are looking to push for maximum comfort. Otherwise, they are best with tight pants or jeans.

Loafers are by design very thin, following the curve of your legs and feet almost perfectly. This is why it is a great idea to follow up on this design and go for tight pants or jeans. This combination lets you show off your entire leg and feet shape, allowing your natural curve to come to light and still leaving some options for going formal. Tight jeans and loafers can be casual or formal, you get the picture.

Now, if you are still looking to keep the comfort level to a maximum, than we suggest you stay off of tight jeans, because they tend to feel cramped, while tight pants or just tights can feel comfortable, but still remain in the whole tight theme.

Tight jeans and leather loafers however do reduce the comfort, but can be an excellent choice for a formal occasion. So, we leave the choice to you. The important thing to remember is not to eat too much during the winter and spring, which is what this whole article was really about!
