Inside the Mind of a Young Entrepreneur

Manic, boisterous, stressful, hilarious, scary, thrilling — these are just a minuscule amount of words to describe my journey, so far.

Many people called me stupid, idiotic and foolish when I decided that the traditional route of life just wasn’t for me.

The route of — you’re born, go to school, get a job, get married, retire and die? Although there’s nothing wrong with this, It just didn’t sound too appealing to me.

I wanted more out of life. I believed there was more to life than what was being instilled into me. So I left traditional education and I began my life of self-education through trial and error, reading and studying public figures, as well as learning from proven mentors.

Being completely honest, I’ve learned a sh*t ton since I began this journey, and I’m positive I’m never going to stop learning. I’ve come to realise that not any individual, no matter how much you may think, is a finished product.

Not one single person on this planet knows everything, there are always new and exciting things to learn. And that’s the beauty of it. Every person you meet in your life knows something you do not. To me, I can only think of a small group of things as exciting as that.

I’ve also learned that helping others, having passion and being genuine is the key to everything good in life. If you’re not willing to help others, don’t expect people to help you.

If you don’t have a passion for what you do, how can you expect others to have that same passion for your business?

And finally, if you’re not a genuine, kind individual, please do not expect others to treat you like one.

Trust and great relationships are by far, the most important part of any aspect of my life. Have it life or work, I believe it’s the foundation for any form of success.

I hope you enjoyed reading this short article of my thoughts as much as I’ve enjoyed writing it. If this has brought you any value in any way, I would love to know. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, I’m always delighted to meet new people!

Thank you.

James.
