This is another “short and sweet” month, but nonetheless the ideas within are still valuable to share!

  1. Celebrate Mother’s Day! And that should not be just your own mom, but maybe your sisters that are moms, your wife that’s a mom, your close niece or aunt that’s a mom, your mother-in-law, your stepmom — “you name it mom.” You should celebrate the moms in your life and motherhood! And if you’re a single mom, this is your day to celebrate you and pamper yourself!
  2. Memorial Day for us Americans, as — let’s be honest — if it weren’t for our fallen soldiers that selflessly gave themselves up, paying the ultimate sacrifice, we wouldn’t be in this country where we can be free to do whatever we want, without them. I’m serious. Because if we lived in any other country where they don’t have the Constitutional rights like we do — hell, witness Australia!!! — we’d be worse off. So yes, celebrate the f*** out of this holiday, and decorate it in red, white and blue! (both of my grandfathers were in the military, and one for a fact I know served in WWII!)
  3. And, you guessed it: “April showers, May flowers” — so see some flowers! Go to flower gardens, get flowers in your garden, buy flowers for the house/apartment/your job, send some flowers to those who’d appreciate them, and maybe even learn more about flowers and how they’re actually more than just pretty plants to look at

Like I said, another short and sweet month, but these are great ideas! I hope you can get something out of them!

Happy Valentine’s Day, by the way!
