So I basically pulled an all-nighter on the 26th-27th of may to kill one really epically ninja mosquito that I tried to hunt down and kill for 3 hours. I first found it hovering over my ear as I just started to get comfy to get to bed. Immediately I turned on my light and looked for the little bugger and found it perched on the couch right beside my head. I started to get really angry at it, you aint gonna suck my blood tonight, lil fker. And so began the back and forth game of finding + trying to kill the mosquito. At 1am I thought I had the bugger 3 times, and missed all three times I attacked with my magazine. Each time I got angrier and angrier. Each time, the mosquito got quicker and harder to find. By the end, it was a game of hide and seek with death on the line for the mosquito and being eaten on the line for me. By 4am I was so tired and frustrated that I basically gave up. Needless to say I got bit twice and was pretty damn angry. I moved into the bedroom after my tenants left and blocked the mosquito out. Slept for a solid 6 hours and woke up to make food.

Little did I know that the mosquito’s demise would be near as it landed on my cup of milk while I was finishing up breakfast. At last! It was time for revenge.

I used a paper towel and slowly but surely made my move. The last stroke was swift and efficient as I made sure to squeeze the living hell out of it. I guess that’s a better way to die than if it were slow and painful. Adios mosquito #1 of many.

Update #1: It’s Day 3 now, May 28, 2014. The mosquito count has risen up to 3 now. I’m frustrated. WHERE ARE THESE THINGS COMING FROM?!!? I didn’t leave any windows open or anything. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE. Gotta kill the one in my room before I can go to bed. Wish me luck.
