Preparing kava drink from milled rootstock is easy. The measurement provided here is for the average concentration but, apparently, for a weaker or stronger brew, the amounts of water or powder can be altered accordingly. Instruction on How to Make Kava Drink
1. Place the measured milled kava into the muslin strainer bag. Soak the bag contents into the cup of water. Kavalactones are water-insoluble so use good pressure when kneading bag contents.
2. You’ll see the water turning brown. When the water becomes creamy brown, your kava brew is now ready for consumption.
3. Adjust milled kava amount according to the preferred volume, frequently depends on the number of people or the number of shells you need. Make the Best Out of Your Kava

Place 100g of kava powder into a sifter cloth and knead in 1 liter of water. Strip the lactones off of the pulverized rootstock until it becomes brown. This will be the main kava course, so leave it in a separate bowl.
Next, pour 400ml of water into a separate bowl and keep on kneading the pulverized rootstock in it until you are contented that most of the lactones have been ripped out. You’ll see that there was a little bit still in it. Start your kava session with this brew, can make 2 serving, and you would be snacking all through the session.
Go on to your main 1 liter, stirring before drinking, can make four servings. Keep in mind that always stir the brew prior to serving because the lactones being water insoluble do settle to the bottom of the bowl. Eat your meal after finishing you 1liter.
Dim your lights and lower vocal volumes. This will provide you a pleasant buzz all night. If you want more of kava, you can always mix your second 50 grams but just keep in mind to delay dinner until you’re done.
The trick with kava is that once you don’t get the right mix, you will miss the euphoria effects, though your system will relax and you’ll have a good sleep. Kava doesn’t affect the mind, in fact, it clears it up. So, it’s hard to feel the buzz unless you know that feeling.
