THEKEY Product was Selected as the Demonstration Project in “The Typical Internet + Application” in China

Recently, THEKEY was selected as one of “The Typical Application Cases in Internet+ Human Resources and Social Security 2020 Action Plan” (hereafter referred as Selection) for its “Kaifeng Human Resources and Social Security 123 Application” product in Kaifeng City, Henan Province, among hundreds of candidates all over China. The Selection was conducted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, aiming at evaluating and demonstrating the most outstanding application cases in Human Resources and Social Security field across China. It’s not only the recognition of THEKEY project and its proprietary IDV (identity verification) solution from Chinese government, but also shows a positive gesture for the national deployment in promoting the quality and efficiency of China’s Human Resources and Social Security service.

Kaifeng Human Resources and Social Security 123 Application

“Kaifeng Human Resources and Social Security 123 Application” was launched in 2015. Powered by THEKEY’s Dynamic Multi-dimension Identification (DMI) solution, it is a multi-functional mobile service platform delivering social security, medical insurance, healthcare treatment and pension payment functionality for daily use to over 4.5 million insured people in Kaifeng City, Henan Province.

THEKEY has accomplished its MVP/Testnet development based on the application scenario of “Smart Medical Insurance Pay” in the pilot of Kaifeng City on April 30th,2018, when the Blockchain Based Dynamic Multi-dimension Identification (BDMI) technology was applied to generate “undeniable” and “unalterable” online IDV results for the first time in the world. Moreover, THEKEY has jointly established the Research into the Social Security Credit Model Construction and the Social Security Data Socialization together with the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Henan Province on December 29th 2018 , which has remarkably enlarged THEKEY’s interface of PII (personal identity information) into 330 million people in 89 cities on a real-time basis, constituting a solid foundation of THEKEY’s IDV technology.

With over 95 million citizens, Henan Province is the third largest province by population in China, and has an obvious and urgent need for a highly efficient social security service with optimal user experience. The close cooperation delivers a significant user base for the real-world application of THKEY BDMI platform post the launch of THEKEY’s mainnet on November 30th, 2018. The Selection is undoubtedly a significant achievement of THEKEY in the beginning of 2019.
