Stiff, back pain, sore knees, got the sniffles, feeling tired, etc…? In the words of Arnold in Kindergarten Cop, the first thing you need to do is Stop Whining!!

Reality bites, life sucks, you get old and after about age 25 you’re on a slow, but steady physical decline. Until the geniuses behind the latest prosthetics, cloning and A.I. come up with a way to easily repair or replace your body parts (which may not be that far away) or download your consciousness to another body like in Altered Carbon, you’ve got the body you’ve got, so use it wisely.

If you haven’t let your body descend into oblivion yet, lucky you. However, if you’re struggling to fit exercise in and keep on top of your health and fitness with everything else that life throws at you the bad news is you have a few mini-mountains to climb. The good news is, it’s all doable and well within your grasp. You just have to want it, choose an appropriate approach and get started.

Note: This assumes you do not have anything seriously wrong with you physically. If you have or are worried about something, consult your Doctor asap.

Firstly, it’s no good making excuses, excuses just delay the inevitable and things are likely to get worse in the meantime creating a deeper and deeper hole to climb out of. Any short term “up” you…
