Remembering Janis Joplin..
Janis Joplin is one of the greatest singers of all time. She tragically passed away on the 4th of October, 1970 but left behind a discography of music that proved why she was a force to be reckoned with. While she often sang songs written by other songwriters, it never felt like she was “covering” them, It always felt like these songs had found it’s the ideal interpreter. She knew how to pour all of her feelings into her music and create something that deeply resonated with everyone. In her honor, I’ve compiled some of her most iconic quotes.
