i feel like i heard someone say

it would rain all day

i awoke to rain

a sound i love

soothing and cleansing

the seed of showers

as soon as i went

to get

my magic utensils

i looked out the kitchen window

the rain ceased

the sky now bright

droplets skyfall off the roof's ledge

across my view

and into the ground

luxury is beautiful

in its simplicity

when you fill it

you must empty it

when it is clear

always clear

it’s fire vibrates gold
