Step by step guide to Download CentOS 7.x

The CentOS Project is a community-driven free software, focused on delivering a robust open source ecosystem. This is an example of downloading CentOS 7.x iso. CentOS 7.x is a similar Operating System with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x. CentOS 7 was released on 7 July 2014 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 was released on 10 June 2014. Support, Maintenance and Update Patches will be available until 30 June 2024.

or follow the below instructions 1) Open CentOS Official Website https://www.centos.org and Click on “Get CentOS Now”.

2) Click on “DVD ISO” button.

3) Here is available CentOS mirrors list. Click on any one of the links to Download CentOS 7 ISO image. Then the ISO file will be downloaded in your local computer.

After downloading ISO of CentOS 7.x, We have to Burn it to a DVD.
