You can shed the past, design an amazing future, and still have a fulfilling present. You are enough. You are capable. You are deserving of everything you want. Yes, everything. You must believe that. In fact I demand that you have the audacity to believe that.

But…

You have to choose happiness over pain or guilt or what your BFF, family, the barista on the corner might think.

You have to release the old story you keep telling yourself.

You have to work. Work on your dark and twisties and work for what you KNOW you are becoming, consistently.

You have to be committed to no longer doubting, second guessing or beating up on yourself for anything that has happened BEFORE this very minute.

Aren’t you done with playing small yet? Chasing your tail and shiny objects? Can yo declare that TODAY is the last day? TODAY is the day for you to stop playing small. To HAVE clarity more than chaos! Today is a day of FREEDOM!

It IS within you to do it! You just have to cooperate with your own desires.
