Does the ‘net neutrality rule mean that Netflix will be required to remove their co-located caching servers from ISP hubs? I mean, it gives them an unfair advantage, that they paid for, over other media streaming services. That will be illegal, right?

And if a doctor is performing surgery using telemedicine, does he have to compete with the guys on the next block binge-watching Stranger Things, because they’re on the same ISP? I really think it’s a bad idea.
