Glad you realized how bad the fast food (fake food) really is.
But, know that it has nothing to do with a “high fat diet.” There’s nothing wrong with eating high fats, as long as you stick to healthy fats and natural fats. At least most of the trans-fats are being eliminated from foods.
Also, you can’t get high blood cholesterol from eating cholesterol. Eggs, even the yolks, are VERY good food, healthy, lots of protein! You can’t go wrong eating a couple of eggs every day. Just don’t overcook them!
