Thanks for sharing this info. As a ‘veteran’ designer (~15 years) with a hybrid design/dev background, I’m still kind of shocked that designers are forced down such hacky and long-winded routes to create behaviour that has been a fundamental part of real UI for years – that is, dynamic, constraint-based layout. I’m also constantly bemused that Sketch is touted as ‘the’ tool for UI design when, at its heart, it doesn’t support anything UI-specific at all.

My hope is that Antetype and/or Subform (Google ‘em) will really take off and solve this madness once and for all, but it seems like Sketch has become the incumbent for the time being at least.
