By licensing your Bored Ape, we will use the intellectual property of your asset to make derivatives and you will receive part of future royalties.

The Locker Room is an NFTs project based on the Ethereum network. The first collection is aimed at the community of soccer fans and its name is “The Locker Room Chimpions”, a Play, Earn and Own ecosystem that will allow you to be part of an exclusive club of soccer fans and sports in general.
● Play: a soccer video game.
● Earn: by owning an NFT from our collection, you will receive a drip of the $TLR token, which you can use within the game, among many other utilities.
● Own: You will own an ERC-721 token, which will function as an access membership and as a PFP.

Now it’s time to talk to you about how the license works.
When you sign a license agreement for your Bored Ape you only give us the rights to use the IP of the asset and create derivative projects, this means that you are not giving us the right to create something with the image of your asset and you are not giving us the exclusive use on your asset.
Granting us a license does not prevent you from signing other licensing agreements with your asset as you are not signing an exclusivity license.
It is important to clarify that the license is signed with the NFT and not with you personally, this means that if, after signing the license you sell your asset, the new owner will receive all future royalties.
How do royalties work?
For the first season, we have a total of 11 contracts (licenses) available to sign with 11 Bored Apes, our future soccer stars. If your Bored Ape is booked during the draft, you will receive the following benefits:
● 1 Honorary NFT based on your Bored Ape with the official TLR T-shirt.
● 1 OG NFT which is part of “The Locker Room Chimpions” collection.
● 1% of total primary market sales per licensed Bored Ape.
● 5% of the total supply of the $TLR token to be distributed among the 11 Bored Apes under the following scheme:
It is important to clarify again that the royalties of this project are tied to the wallet that contains the Bored Ape. This also means that, when a license is granted, your Bored Ape becomes a more attractive asset within the secondary market.
Participating in the draft so that your Bored Ape is selected is very simple, you just have to do the following:
· Share a photo of your Bored Ape on Twitter indicating why you think it has what it takes to be the next soccer crack. The deadline for sharing the photo and description is July 15th 23:59 ET.
· Don’t forget to tag us (@TLR_LockerRoom), you will receive an extra point if tag the Bored Ape Yacht Club (@ BoredApeYC) using the #TLR hashtag.
· After the deadline (July 15th), the technical team of The Locker Room will make a preselection of 22 Bored Apes which will be based on the motivations and characteristics of each of the applicants.
· A neutral team of OGs from the crypto space, sports and soccer specialists will make the selection of the 11 Bored Apes that will be signed and will be part of the initial 11 of “The Locker Room Chimpions” and future soccer cracks.
