Lucky Elephants is a community-first revival project aimed to rehaul the original “Lucky Elephants” project with added support, newly generated artwork, and greater team transparency. Through our close-knit community, we aim to develop art, fashion, and music together to form a unique culture that captivates the metaverse. We are working on IRL events and meetups where holders will gain VIP access for supporting our community. Likewise, we plan on generating passive income for our holders by distributing returns from [merchandise sales, secondary sales on OpenSea, NFT staking, retail arbitrage, and DAO fractional art staking] back to the community to make this project truly unique and worthwhile.

PLAY 2 EARN
LEC will launch a play-to-earn game that combines PvP (player vs player) and PvE (player versus environment) free world, warfare, free commerce, and collecting NFTs. By conquering missions, players can level up their attributes, armor, and earn cryptocurrency in the game. Earn more by trading NFTs collected in-game and engaging in Defi activities.
By contributing to the ecosystem or developing in-game skills, players can earn tokens or “PNUT” — digital assets to realize ecological co-construction.

AMALGAMATION
What does breeding mean for LEC?
The most straightforward answer is you will create a new elephant that will inherit some attributes from the parents, and some will be traits added randomly.
But here is the thing, we are not sticking to the traditional way of inheriting traits from female and male parents. We wanted to change it up and let your Lucky Elephant evolve, reaching uncharted territory through our style of crossbreeding.
HOW WILL THIS WORK?
To do so, you’ll need 2 LEC NFTs to start the amalgamation process (breeding).
The amalgamation evolution begins using your (2) different LEC NFTs to breed and it will create a new DNA combination, so users can’t breed with the same parent combinations ever again.
We have a 16-digit DNA-string, which encodes the NFTs different traits: different coloring, animations, and secret attributes.

Not a problem at all, we have added a way to evolve your solo NFT with our Amalgamator and valuable $PNUT coin
A breeding function that requires 1 NFT and $PNUT coins, after breeding the NFT can’t be used to breed again.

MISSION & VISION
The sole aim of the Lucky Elephant Club is to create a culture of giving in our communities and by helping non-profit organizations all over the world. Therefore, 12% of all sales will go to non-profit organizations picked and voted by the community.
Our mission is to use our time and resources to make the world a better place where everyone has a better life. With funds earned on the project, we will be supporting different charity organizations and funding them to help and aid.

BENEFITS TO HOLDERS
The Lucky Elephant Club project holds many benefits to the holders, and it gives an opportunity for NFT holders to make more profit from owning the NFTs. Holders are entitled to 100% IP + commercial use rights, and their membership will offer exclusive access to future drops, VIP lounges at IRL events, and other IRL utilities.
We have special benefits for our Genesis holders for their patience and loyalty throughout this long process. Each holder of the 622 owners will earn 10 $PNBB (Peanut Butter Bar) every day for 10 years just for holding their new 3d elephants.
Genesis holders do not need to stake just hold it in your wallet and collect your $PNBB
ROYALTIES
80% of the minting royalties will all go to our Gnosis Safe Lucky Elephant Club Community wallet. The remaining 20% will be transferred to the Owner/Investors wallet. That way, we keep our system profitable to the holders and team members.
However, once the evolution of your Elephants starts to be minted, we will be giving 100% of the royalty back to the community.
Every Quarter, in addition to passive earnings and all our real-world utilities, you’ll receive 1–2 WL opportunities a month for investments. We will always work with quality projects to bring you guys the best ROI.
Your Lucky Elephant Art will be your VIP access through the NFT space and worldwide.

We will launch our streetwear merchandise line to the public.
Exclusive holders will be able to log in through their wallets and get special discounts.
We will be launching exclusive bi-weekly drops of limited-edition apparel and accessories. If you own a LEC NFT you will be rewarded royalties from the total sales, and it will be distributed quarterly.
STAKING
Staking refers to locking up non-fungible tokens on a platform or protocol in exchange for staking rewards and other benefits.
For example, Staking NFTs allows holders to earn from their collection while maintaining ownership.
LEC holders will be able to stake the NFT and earn token Daily APY % rewards for holding it for a more extended period.
Then, you can stake and withdraw as many $PNUTs as you want.
Staking is the best way to know if someone is actively holding an ELEPHANT, and it also allows for early community members to have a more significant vote in the Lucky JungleVerse world.
YIELD FARMING
Rewarding will happen in (x)PNUT (PNUT on Ethereum, xPNUT on polygon) ERC20 token which can be traded in a Decentralized crypto exchange (DEX) with Ethereum. Calculation of mentioned rewards is based on days, rather than conventional per-block emission.
There are no restrictions on how many tokens will be minted, but restrictions will cover harvest cooldown and various limits in terms of staking. This was designed to avoid giving too much “free money” and creating inflation.
Multichain System (PNUT- xPNUT) — The idea is to put the Harvest function on the polygon, where chainlink calls will be very cheap while leaving Stake/Unstake functions on Ethereum, this will let users collect rewards on a polygon, while their tokens stay on Ethereum.
DAO
As the world is governed by a set of people in power making decisions and new projects, Lucky Elephant Club Holders will launch a Social DAO system into its universe. Entry comes with access to a community full of adventurous crypto builders, artists, and creatives as well as exclusive events. What more can be achieved if every holder is allowed to share their ideas of new projects and vote for its execution.
NFT holders will be able to vote and give a proposal for new projects to be done. The more NFTs you hold or, the more you contribute to the Lucky Elephant Club DAO ecosystem, the more voting power you get and the more influence you have on the ecosystem.
LIQUIDITY
The second feature is providing liquidity. You can receive tokens every 24 hours by delivering ETH, like the LEC stakes. You’ll receive significantly more PNUT tokens from providing liquidity than you would from staking LEC.
LUCKY DAO
The LuckyDao will be made up of an NFT-based social decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), created to tokenize a portfolio of blue-chip NFT assets and distribute DAO tokens as a claimable reward to LEC NFT holders and $PNUT Token holders. We’ll fall under no law when we are more established and registered in our state. We will update this in our roadmap v2.
LUCKYBANK
The verified holders of Lucky Bank Club will be able to see the community wallet holdings and receipts (on etherscan)
TUSKWALLET
The verified holders will be to activate or drop wallets for future airdrops, whitelists, giveaway/contest winners, rewards, etc.
LUCKY MUSEUM
The verified holders will be able to see the floor sweeps of high-potential projects that we buy into.

MINTING
Minting NFT refers to turning a digital file into a crypto collectible or digital asset on the Ethereum blockchain. The digital item or file is stored in this decentralized database or distributed ledger forever, and it is impossible to edit, modify, or delete it.
Minting of the Lucky Elephant Club NFTs will be made available on OpenSea, for which you will need ETH to mint the NFTs. You can send ETH funds to the wallet’s address from centralized exchanges that allow credit or debit cards to crypto purchases, such as Binance, Coinbase, or Crypto.com. Mint the NFT on the Ethereum BLOCKCHAIN and enjoy the rewards and future benefits.
HOW 2 EARN?
LEC holders will access the Lucky Jungleverse and earn through the JungleVerse.
Owning a “LEC NFT” gives you access to the JungleVerse and a lot of community-driven features, products/merch, events, and a monthly reward by staking your NFT.

We will be creating our token, and the token will serve as a utility token that we will use to reward our users and NFT holders. It is a cryptocurrency built on the Ethereum blockchain.
Tokens: USE CASES
Most crypto exchanges allow their users to make a trade using tokens. Likewise, cryptocurrencies token is also being utilized for making a trade. Moreover, tokens are also used for lending as users can get money by providing the tokens as a mortgage.
But the LEC Token ($PNUT) will be used to stake the NFTs, and users will also be rewarded with the token which can be used to purchase our clothes/merchandise, change name/bio, buy cars/homes, etc.
Our tokens will be listed on different exchanges, which can be swapped into other assets to get real-world assets.
