Damian is considered one of the leading designers in Silicon Valley serving as designer-in-residence at Blackbox, Head of Product Design at Visual.ly, Gallery Director at DeviantArt, Senior Product Designer Neo Innovation (acquired by Pivotal) and served on the design jury of Awwwards.

In 2011, Damian founded TheGlint, an experimental lab for artists to explore and play with all modalities of art to create experiences that can transform and connect. It fosters environments that brings economic value creators (entrepreneurs) and cultural value creators (artists) together to connect through meaningful conversations. TheGlint was featured in New York Times, Bold Italics, Huffington Post, Slate & Financial Times when founded as a live-in co-working space.

Damian Madray founded Hunie, a design community where designers learn & improve through collaboration and feedback. In 2012 Hunie got accepted into 500 Startups, one of the leading accelerators in the US and was featured in Fast Company, Awwwards, Design Modo & WSJ.

He was partner at DX Lab, an innovation consulting company that uses exponential technology to discover and prototype new business ideas. There he was responsible for launching dxFutures, a publication that features stories about the social and cultural impact of exponential technologies. He’s also founding Presence, a tool that help creators manage their live-experiences as a business.
