Sourdough Bruschetta with Whipped Ricotta and Roasted Grapes Recipe:

Ingredients:

- 4 slices olive and thyme sourdough bread

- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- 1 cup red grapes

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
