When I started in business many years ago I thought I knew everything. I understood many things, but accepting my own humility was not one of them.
As a Business Owner, Business Executive we wear many hats and juggle many tasks. Sometimes, to the point where we start wearing our internal struggles on our shoulders. It is not easy what we do, yet it can be easier. A business is nothing more than an entity designed to exchange some form of value between one or more other entities. This is a profound concept for many of my clients.

By understanding that a business is a relationship, then we can start to approach our daily tasks differently. Instead of problems with systems, processes and integrations, we now have an understanding that these things are most likely not the problem, but instead the flex point to where the human component arises. ALMOST ALL PROBLEMS IN ANY BUSINESS ARE DEVELOPED BY THE LACK OF ATTENTION TO HUMAN INTEGRATIONS INTO THE BUSINESSES MAJOR COMPONENTS.
In other word, we as human beings are always in relation to something. In a business, the smallest lack of understanding in a major system will cause a massive downfall when that human interacts within that system dynamic. There are many reasons for this happening, poor leadership, bad management, little to no on boarding, no training, lack of clarification of business models and structure. Whatever the problem, once we realize as Executives and Business Owners that the majority of our problems are human related we can begin to remedy these situations with identification, analysis and resolution.
