Well, I’ve never been feeling better about my body after I started eating like this. Yes, it took a while initially but eventually, it became a part of myself.

So basically, the slower you chew, the lesser you eat. Imagine how much you could gain by just adopting this tiny style of eating. When you think about it, we all tend to overeat or eat because we’re bored. But when you’re so thoughtful about your way of eating, you’re less likely to fall prey to over eating. Let’s Say Goodbye to Over Eating! This has been backed by Science. How this works is it allows your brain more time to receive signals from the stomach that it is full.

It massively helps in your digestion as your mouth does most of the work while chewing and so there’s not much pressure on the stomach.

It’s hard to accept this but you do get lean when you chew your food 32 times. Yes okay, it doesn’t have to be accurate all the time but you get the point. When you do this, you absorb more nutrients and energy from your food. Surprisingly, this works even if you’re eating junk once a while.

And above all, you feel amazing about your body. Don’t you think the greatest act of self-love could be filling your body with the right nutrition and chewing it well?. At least, I do. There’s no sudden rise in energy and a sudden low, your energy remains constant.

A few tips to start eating like this would be to — . Sit and Eat. Take 5–10 deep breaths and relax your mind. Please avoid any technology, be it your phone or T.V. Naturally, the key here is to take small bites and to be in a good mood.
