Today I saw a boy
And I wondered if he noticed me
For he had the same sunken eyes
For the shadows on his face
Were the same as those cast
By these sorrows of mine
And in that moment I finally understood
I couldn’t even recognize
That it was a reflection
In this mirror of mine
