ATTENTION, SOLDIERS! We are here with THE NEXT WORLD’s monthly recap!
This will be our #6 episode of the monthly recap and we hope you will find this information provided resourceful. Now, where do we begin? Our team has been working hard to reach milestones and our duty is to keep our soldiers updated. In this article you will be getting all the details you need to know including upgrading and completing game sprints, press releases, updates, events and so on!
Not only that, but with the support and love shown to The Next World, we’ve managed to be featured by multiple projects and influencers. We are beyond grateful for that. Everyone’s support has been absolutely fantastic, and we couldn’t be prouder of our community and partners for continuing to provide valuable feedback and helping us develop what will be the future of a AAA standard shooter game.
AME DEV SPRINT
Furthermore, our game developers have been pulling all-nighters throughout the month in order to catch up on the game development timeline. The most recent sprint is shown below:
COMPLETED
· Game room unknown bug, the timer is “ 0 “ when joining a new game
· Step suspect to trigger the bug:
- 2 players start to open 1 session
- 2 players off the app through phone, not through the game menuGAMEPLAY
· Recoil causes the weapon aiming to rise; even after reloading or stopping fire, the aiming does not return to the center.
· There is no way to finish the game after all players have run out of bullets.
· Under an unknown situation, will have 1 extra player.
· When player 1 is dead and respawns, another “clone” of player 1 appears, spawning separately from player 1, so when player 1 moves, it also moves.
· Med Kit 0 count but still usable
· Sprinting leg animation looks weird
· While sprinting and pressing aim will make the character not follow the crosshair
· Same type of Ammo / Med Kit does not stack together when picked up from another player’s dead body; stacking requires manual drag.
- When another Med Kit is selected, the use Med Kit UI has two separate Med Kits to choose from.
MULTIPLAYER
· Username not shown but “localhost_random_id” instead
LOGIN
· Login with an invalid password/email, and the error message simply says “login failed.” It is necessary to inform the user of the type of error.
· Unable to login with username
· Game title incorrect
